These pick facings are made out of my "Ultra" Chriset Flex. These have a slight stick and are removable and reusable. You adhere to the back of your existing pick. The purpose is to get a better grip on your pick and you can stick your pick to most guitars. The Chriset Flex facing can adhere to the back of an existing pick. 
You get 3 facings.
